Most items can be frozen and reheated as needed. Makes for a wonderful gift to a new mother, medically recovering individuals, and more.

-Pastel de papa (Shepherd's pie made with beef and pork (or lentil and mushroom), green olive, raisin, boiled egg, spices, tomato, buttery mashed potato crust) side of chimmichurri

-Butternut squash and roasted red pepper soup made with coconut milk, smoked paprika, garlic, onion, spinach, chickpeas.

-Maafe (Senegalese peanut chicken stew, with sweet potato, pepper, kale)
