About the Event
Join Chef Gabby for a fabulous Friday night at home cooking a scrumptious Brazilian fish stew called Moqueca. This dish is a classic Brazilian homestyle recipe using lots of vegetables, herbs, coconut, spices, and fish of your choice.
A zoom link, along with the recipe and equipment needs will be sent to you 5 days prior to class- students will need to purchase ingredients independently before class.
The cherry on top of this evening is a special musical performance by Brazilian/Jazz, NYC based vocalist Jamile (jamilemusic.com) and NYC based multifaceted guitarist Misha Josephs (www.mishasounds.com)
Jamile and Misha will grace us with their music while we enjoy the Moqueca fruits of our labor.
Bonus: A curated Brazilian Spotify playlist will also be provided for students to enjoy in the background of our cooking class, for maximum grooving while cooking.
