About the Event
We will be creating a 3-4 item menu using produce grown directly on farm, by other local producers, or foraged as a class!
A beverage, salad or soup, entree, and dessert will be prepared (Depending on date!). All levels of chefs are welcome to this class.
Please bring your own knife and aprons (there are back up knives and aprons just incase.)
We will be cooking as a class with guided instruction and curriculum, and will enjoy our class made feast all together at the end of class!
Children are welcome to join adults. There are other rooms nearby where children or other guests can hang out.
This class will be taught by Chef Gabby Aron. We have 10 seats available for this class.
Farm produce and goods will also be available for purchase after class!
The cost of this class is $45-$65, Sliding sclale. Meaning if you are able to afford $65, a portion of your tuition will help pay for other students who may not be able to afford this class otherwise. Thank you SO MUCH.
